With 25+ years of diverse experience spanning strategy and execution in marketing, sales, operations, IT, and engineering in a variety of organizations, Greg has led consulting practices for companies such as Arthur Andersen, CNA Consulting & Engineering, and Applied Theory. He has helped clients to develop effective strategies and execute them.
While he has been engaged in turn-arounds, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, the vast majority of his experience has been focused on a wide variety of companies facing constraints to growth. He has helped to unleash growth in literally dozens of companies through a practical, results-oriented approach.
With extensive experience where strategy meets execution, Greg’s Industrial Engineering roots provide the technical background to effectively interface with and manage technical, professional, and operational teams. His practical approach combines with a passion for creative and innovative “big wins.” This unique blend of vision and pragmatism has proven to be a catalyst for organizational changes that are vigorous and effective. A quick study with exposure to many industries and types of businesses, he is able to adapt and integrate best practices, innovations, and methodologies to help companies leap forward in their ability to execute upon growth strategies.
