As part of our strategy and execution services, TLG helps clients to effectively manage their real estate and facility needs.  Through TLG Innovation’s leadership, and the very capable resources that are part of the  TLG Alliance Network, we help our clients to develop strategies for investing and divesting of facilities and real estate to support business needs.

Our President and Founder, Greg Lins, started his career as an engineer.  In his early career, he managed a number of highly complex and integrated logistics, facility, capital equipment, and information technology projects. Capital budgets associated with these projects were substantial: one project exceeded $500M.

While large-scale projects for clients such as Nintendo, Motorola, Sears, Sega, Sony, John Deere, and the Port of Seattle are at the foundation of TLG’s real estate and facility expertise, the nature of our work has shifted considerably.  TLG now leverages first-hand knowledge of very successful, large scale operations, and adapts best practices to the firm’s small and mid-size clients.  We work with our clients to strategically identify facility and real estate needs, and proactively address them from a planning and sourcing perspective.  With years of experience hammering out specifications, negotiating prices, and managing legions of contractors, we know what it takes to get the job done, and get it done right.

Real Estate is Fun! 

Let’s not forget that working with real estate can be a lot of fun.  Since we often build strong personal ties with our clients, we sometimes are asked to assist in the purchase and sale of our client homes and investment properties.  It’s very rewarding for us to assist our clients to not only build their businesses, but to assist them when the time comes to enjoy some of the fruits of their labor in the form of a new home.
